The Position

Fence & Deck Crew Member

NWA Fence & Deck Repair is a growing residential contractor based in Fayetteville, AR. We build and repair fences, decks, pergolas, and patios for homeowners across Northwest Arkansas — and our schedule stays full. We're looking for crew members who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that's going places.

This is physical, hands-on outdoor work. If you like working with your hands, being outside, and seeing a real finished product at the end of the day — this could be a great fit. No two days are exactly the same, and there's always something new to learn.

What You'll Do
  • Install wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fences
  • Build custom wood and composite decks
  • Repair existing fences and decks
  • Set posts, frame structures, and install decking boards
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
  • Keep job sites clean and safe throughout the project
  • Represent NWA Fence & Deck Repair professionally on every job

What We're Looking For

Valid Arkansas driver's license — required. You may need to drive to job sites.
Reliable transportation — you need to get to work consistently.
Physical ability — this is outdoor labor. Lifting, digging, and working in NWA's summer heat is part of the job.
Reliability — showing up on time, every day, matters more to us than almost anything else.
Fence or construction experience preferred — but we'll train the right person who's motivated to learn.
Positive attitude — we're a small team. How you show up affects everyone.
